We all need a safe space, where we can feel comfortable as we explore our spiritual practices and emotional harmony in peace.

During this period of expansion, take a moment to breathe, breathe deeply, allow whatever comes up for you to melt away. Take a Divine Breath and celebrate and give gratitude. As this energetic activation continues, you can start to see the bigger picture as you prepare yourself to move forth into the year to come.

The awareness of the bigger picture and completion of the 12-month cycle is the energy number 12 holds, a powerful vibration that helps us activate and raise the frequency of our bodies as we access higher realms of consciousness and understan our experiences of the last 12-month cycle.

We couldn’t welcome everyone to the event on the 12:12 Portal (12 December) as we originally planned. The significance of this Portal also speaks to the 3:3 energy (2+1) which is about self-mastery, being able to consciously master our thoughts and emotions, our behaviour. As within so without. We hold this energetic intention of individual and collective self-mastery for our new date as well.

The Universe is one giant tapestry, we are all connected and interwoven, crossing and touching all the other lives we come across. We are all interconnected. Together, we can heal ourselves and each other.

As we reach the end of this 2021 cycle, come and join us for our sound bath healing meditation and allow the crystal singing bowls to raise your frequency and vibration and gain a higher state of awareness and self-mastery.

Dijana from dijana.org and Anastasia Giovanoglou from Genesis of Health have collaborated and are looking forward to greeting you and taking you on a journey, traveling to higher dimensions with sound and meditation.

You will be guided through a group Sound Bath and Meditation where you will be bathed in the harmonic healing vibrations and frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls while you feel the stresses of the 12-month cycle melt away, releasing any stress or tension, supporting you into relaxation, promoting clarity and inner peace – taking you on a journey to deeper self-awareness and self-mastery.

Dijana is a globally recognised, qualified and experienced professional Counsellor, in private practice since 2005. She is an Intuitive Mentor, a transformation guide and holistic wellbeing advocate.

DIJANA helps individuals, families and communities heal, strengthen and awaken all aspects within themselves so they can have thriving, powerful and deeply fulfilling lives and relationships.

Dijana began her meditation and energy healing training in 1989, when she was only 18 years old. She trained with one of Australia’s pioneer spiritual and intuitive teachers, Rozalia Balazsi.

Meditation is a key component of Dijana’s daily practice. She will guide the high vibrational and multi-dimensional meditation alongside the magical healing sounds of the crystal bowls.

Join Sound Healer and Reiki Master, Anastasia Giovanoglou for an intimate workshop and sound healing, focusing on self-love for the year ahead.

Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki and Aromatherapy massage and is exploring and researching the amazing health benefits of sound healing.

She is excited to share her love and passion of her crystal bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions.
